With this project, we faced challenges posed by the mission requirement of the aircraft - often non-stop journeys lasting 10-12 hours which require full sleeping positions at all main cabin seating. But with a 14 TTL position requirement in the aircraft, it was difficult. Creating the LOPA was therefore very challenging.
In order to save time, we divided this project into 3 phases, and employed 2 teams, one managing design, the other managing technical and regulatory issues. We used highly skilled consultants, DER experts and acoustics specialists, to name a few. 11.5 months after input, the aircraft delivered and our client was very happy.
