On AUG, 10th, 2019, we made it official! RRAD and MENTE formally signed a working agreement that brings both companies together in strategic partnership.

TWO COMPANIES, ONE SHARED PHILOSOPHY

It's rare these days when two separate entities find themselves so closely aligned in philosophy and practice. Richard Roseman Airborne Design (RRAD) has formed a new strategic partnership with Mente Group. RRAD has long sought to raise the customer experience on large green VVIP completions and while privately practicing such advanced disciplines over recent years, we now feel we have a 'partner in crime'.

THE MENTE GROUP affair...

Every once in a great while you meet somebody and just know it's meant to be. RRAD and Mente Group didn't meet on a dance floor, mind you...but rather were introduced by mutual colleague Jeff Robinson (Robinson Aerospace). Mr. Robinson, having known Mente Group's VP / Project Management, Vince Restivo and Roseman for many years, thought the two companies should connect because he instantly recognized a unique synergy. Mente Group is a business aviation company specializing in private aviation consulting and ownership strategies.

At this year's EBACE in Geneva, Mente announced an expanded offering to their existing service range. It will include a broad and highly focused array of VVIP and Head of State level Completion Management Services; services that bring about a sharply enhanced customer experience, increased schedule reliability, vastly improved quality and technical management and thereby a markedly improved predictability and overall outcome. Now with our agreement in place, RRAD will join MENTE and play a key role in taking this remarkable new offering to the owner / operators of large VVIP and Head of State projects. Says Mr. Roseman, "The ultimate winner is the customer here, they have too often been shortchanged in recent years and we're here to change that. We're very excited"

Mr. Restivo believes, as we do, that the common philosophies of both our companies make it a very natural fit (from a customer standpoint) to join forces and bring about a new and sound approach to the design / build and redelivery of large green completions.
